The aim of this research was to examine the factors influencing Kuala Lumpur's SMEs adoption of cloud computing. The study found out that relative advantage, cost saving, external support, top management support and technology readiness have positive relationship with the adaption of cloud computing and will significantly affect the adaption of cloud computing by the SMEs in Kuala Lumpur. The study also found out that security and privacy risk have negative relationship with the adaption of cloud computing and if risk are higher, they will have a negative impact on the adaption process.
