Diabetes prevalence rate has been dramatically increased with the urbanization increase in country. Diabetes, one of the four major types of noncommunicable disease is not invertible, and a lot of complications are coming along had drawn people attentions into it. This is a quantitative research which discusses about how an individual's demographic profile and lifestyle habit affecting an individual's exposure risk to develop Type 2 Diabetes or Prediabetes. The possibilities of an individual will be diagnosed on diabetes is being measured through the diabetes symptoms. A total of 100 responses are collected through questionnaire distribution where 97 is eligible. Measurement of construct is applied to obtain the risk on diabetes, multiple linear regression and univariate general linear model is being used in testing the significance of the factors. Reasonable test will be executed as well. However, no significant findings being observed in this study which might due to sampling error. This research is expected to assist in the future similar research where a better model can be derived without repeating the similar problems.
