A to-do list is a task management tool that can be used for managing and monitoring multiple tasks. In this digital era, there is another way of creating a to-do list instead of using a traditional pen and paper-based to-do list, which is by using a to-do list application or system that can be accessed through mobile devices or web browsers. There are many to-do list applications and systems that can be found and utilized on the internet. But some of the available tools lack features that can deliver better functionalities to the user, and not all to-do list applications offer a way for the user to collaborate in accomplishing collaborative tasks. Moreover, some of the available to-do list applications only exclusively available on a specific platform, which reduces the flexibility for the user to access the to-do list from any platform that the user is currently using.

To overcome these limitations, a to-do list application with features that are not available in the existing to-do list application will be developed, which will be named “Stuff To-Do”. The “Stuff To-Do” application will be developed for managing both personal and collaborative tasks. Also, the “Stuff To-Do” will be developed in the form of an Android application and Web application to deliver cross-platform application experience to the user and give flexibility for the user to access the to-do list from any available platform.
