Summary, etc With the development of information technology, third-party mobile payment (3PMP) have been developed rapidly in China. Since then, the method of cash paid has been increasingly replaced by 3PMP. In addition, China’s huge broad coverage groups of mobile phone and advanced network communications services has made China's 3PMP market's rapid expansion. From this aspect of development trend, 3PMP has a great potential for the future development. However, the full use of China's 3PMP services is still having some problems. The popularity of 3PMP is significantly tempered by consumer behaviour and security issues. Despite the increased awareness of usage of 3PMP services, the growth rate getting slower down in China recently, especially regarding to continues usage. In this case, seeking the factors influencing on continues usage of third-party payment is necessary. This research reviews the relevant literature, combing with perceive value theory (PVT) and basis on value-based adoption (VAM) model to build the research model. Moreover, this study also focuses on the factors of influencing continuous usage intention of 3PMP to build the hypothesis. This study proposed a model for 3PMP by focusing on factors influencing on continues usage of 3PMP. 358 questionnaires are collected from local people in Shenzhen china. Structural Equation Modelling is used to evaluate the proposed model. The result shows that Perceived Value (PV), Perceived Enjoyment (PE), Economic Value (EV) and Perceived Risk (PR) have positive impact on intention of continues use of 3PMP. In addition, it is found that Switching Cost (SC) negatively effects on intention of continues use of 3PMP.
