Summary, etc Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the office politics, stress and working environment on employee performance in education sector. In this study, office politics, stress and working environment are discuss and examine the impact towards employee performance. Employee performance is dependent variable for this study while office politics, stress and working environment will act as the independent variables. The population of this study is respondents from education sector in Kuala Lumpur. There will be two types of data collection methods which distributing questionnaires through email and in printed form. There will be a total of 120 respondents in this study. These 120 respondents will be used in data analysis such as correlation, normality, Cronbach's Alpha in order to identify the reliability of this study and the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Hypothesis testing is used to identify whether the objective is achieved. Result show that there is a positive relationship between dependent variable and independent variables.
