It is significant for them to understand different determinate of e-banking and what factors contribute to the execution of a successful online banking system that makes consumers feel protected and satisfied. Online banking is used globally and has made revolutionary changes for not only banking but for businesses as well. Malaysia is a country that is growing rapidly through e-banking however, there are not many studies that explore the acuity of e-banking regarding university students in the country as compared to other countries. Hence, this study aims to be an involvement and contribute towards customers as well as businesses in Malaysia.
