Summary, etc Organizations are making every effort to advance the effectiveness of employee productivity to remain globally competitive. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teamwork, employee motivation and job satisfaction on employee productivity in the banking sector in Kenya. The aim of the study was appraise the existing literature and build on the conceptual framework as well as the hypotheses. The study concluded that employee motivation had the strongest influence on employee productivity, where right tools, materials and compensation, respondents work at their utmost ability.
