Summary, etc Transportation system has been a part of humans lives and it has become hard to imagine a life without a vehicle. To accommodate the enormous number of populations, the number of vehicles also have been increased rapidly. This result in increased number of road accidents and deaths. This study proposes a solution to reduce emergency and health-regarding accidents by adopting internet of things in vehicles to turn it into a Smart Vehicle Monitoring System (SVMS) for monitoring the driver’s heath condition and prevent accidents due to emergencies. SVMS uses IoT devices in vehicles which connects, communicated and flow data that are provided by the driver using both IoT and cloud computing. This paper provides an overview of IoT based applications in our daily life and adoptions of IoT in car manufacturing to overcome the number of road accidents the questionnaire was distributed among 100 people around the world and interviews were conducted from 7 IoT experts. In result, according to most of the respondents and experts, this system will help in increasing the communication between nearby cars. Furthermore, the architecture model is constructed to provide a holistic as well as simple view of the whole system and the Smart Health Technology Model Framework is made to show how the sensors have interconnected with the devices and then with the service provider. It was proven by the experts that the all the components of the Smart Health Technology Model Framework are unambiguous to understand, and all the supporting figures and description made the Smart Health Technology Model Framework more understandable. Though, researcher got all the positive and appreciative responses from the experts, there were some valuable suggestions as well which has been used by researcher to enhance the model. Once the reviews of the experts were received, researcher constructed the final Smart Health Technology Model Framework. The Final Smart Health Technology Model Framework is developed to guide companies and researchers to overcome the problem and contribute in saving lives on road.
