520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc The research illustrated positive relation exists between employee turnover intention and nature of occupation, work fulfilment, job hopping and organisational dedication with turnover intention among employees. The results of the study also illustrate that when it comes to employee retention, it is not only regarding monetary benefits. It is rather the happiness an individual employee receives from the organisation in which the employee is a part of. The results of the research could also be attributed directly to the notion that individuals that can carry on their business activities tend to be highly satisfied with their work. It is also evident from the results of the research that various strategies are available for organisations to employ that could allow them for reducing the rates of employee turnover by being able to provide long term solutions. The research also provided conclusion, limitations, implications and recommendations for future research.
