520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc The purpose of this research project is to study the influence of the level of independent variables, such as teamwork, communication, and the management team competency on the success of oil and gas projects in Central Russia. Data for this study were collected using a self-administered questionnaire and disseminated by stratified sampling. A total of 291 completed questionnaires and compatibility questionnaires were collected in various sectors of the oil and gas sector, such as AO Mosoblgaz, Gazprom and Rosneft in the cities of Central Russia. Hypotheses were tested to determine a heterogeneous variable while accepting project success and the relationship of each variable. The findings of the variable show that there is a significant relationship between the variables and the success of the projects, which indicates that the success of projects in the oil and gas sector depends on the definition of teamwork, communication and the competence of the team leader. The study results were limited by the number of participants, time, cost, region and location covering the analysis, and the lack of other methods to obtain the results of other secondary studies and questionnaires. This research project is important for organizations and companies to understand how the success of projects contributes to the development of the oil and gas sector in Central Russia.<br/>
