Summary, etc In the world of competitions within organisations employees get affected by anxiety, depression, physical pain and stress. So the most important resource in an organisation for the employee performance and organisation goal is the effective Mindfulness. It is important and effects the performance and productivity of employees in an organisation.The objective of the research is to calculate the relation of Mindfulness towards Job stress,Well Being and Work engagement among employees in Kuala lumpur,Malaysia.This study has implemented quantitative research and the datas have been collected using questionnaire. The analysis was conducted by using primary set of data. Data has been studied and intrepreted by using descriptive analysis, reliability tests and Pearson’s correlation test to have an significance of independent variable i.e Mindfulness between Job stress,Well Being and Work engagement which are the dependent variables.
