In today's international economic slow recovery, China economic slowdown and the background of China's capital market gradually standardized, how to evaluate the investment value of the listed Banks are common problems faced by investors, creditors, and bank managers. Bank of China is one of the fastest growing joint-stock state-owned commercial banks. Macro environment has restraint company's survival and development, especially for banking industry. Public listed banks have the most tightly regulated by the state, unlike other listed companies, monetary policy and other banking regulation policy, laws and regulations on the operating performance of commercial Banks has a clear and direct influence. Based on the basic situation of Bank of China, business operating and asset quality management, corporate governance, risk control ability of the analysis of the influence of makes us grasp the Bank of China has the key driving force: financial statements is an important information source for financial analysis, although they record during the past a certain point, or a financial position, operating results and cash flows. Based on the return on net assets as the core, through the Bank of China profitability, management and growth ability, debt paying ability and the structure of cash flow, creation ability and security of cesium financial analysis to understand the Bank of China business motivation. Based on analysis of business and financial conditions, Bank of China financial position in near future, also the cash flow forecast, through the EVA model and P/E ratio, P/B ratio model to evaluate Bank of China investment value. Finally draw the conclusion: under the current market conditions, Bank of China has some investment value. |
