This study aims to examine the online shopping behaviour of smartphone, among the millennials in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This conducted study is a cross-sectional study, that uses questionnaire as its data collection main measurement instrument. The data was collected among 135 respondents using google docx questionnaires. The collected data was further analysed using SPSS software to provide descriptive statistics for each item used in the questionnaire. Based on the data analysis findings and results, E-Loyalty and E-Satisfaction is significant on online shopping behaviour of smartphone, however E-Trust was insignificant on online shopping behaviour of smartphone. Henceforth, the proposed hypotheses were accepted for E-Loyalty and E-Satisfaction, but rejected for E-Trust, according to the Multiple Regression testing and ANOVA testing. Simultaneously, these findings have been explained, and a Theoretical and practical implications, together with a conclusion and recommendation were being drawn in the last of the report. |
