Summary, etc The study revolves around studying the environment and organisational systems and approaches within the banking sector organisations in the Gambia, The banking sector of Gambia in this case. The study would thus try to understand the presence and use of crucial aspects of organisation such as emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and social intelligence within the Banking sector of Gambia. This would involve a sample survey of employees of the Banking sector of the Gambia. Such a survey would also try to estimate the levels of employee creativity with the organisation and relate such creativity with these crucial factors. Further such creativity would also be equated with the organisational performance of the Bank while comparing it with its peers within the industry.
