520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc This study will examine whether occupational safety and health in the manufacturing industry will affect the organisation and employee's performance. The study will also find out whether there are differences between the performance of young workers and older generations. Information in this study will be collected through self-administered questionnaires and provided through the non-probability convenience sampling method. A total of 155 complete questionnaires can be used that have been collected among adults working in the manufacturing industry in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The findings will reveal that different variables will have different effects for organisation and employees' performance in terms f age, sex, highest educational attainment, and work experience. Those supervisors, younger generation, and 10 years above show the greatest influence on job performance. Regression analysis shows that occupational safety and health is a predictor for employee's performance. This study is very important to help companies to improve the procedures for occupational safety and health that they apply, to achieve effective employee performance. Moreover, leadership style is also very important to be considered to guide workers in the right direction and better in improving organisational performance.
