Summary: Abstract: the purpose of this study is to investigate the employee performance among employees from China FAW Group Corporation. Data for this study was collected through self-administered questionnaire and distributed through convenient sampling method. A total of 120 completed and usable questionnaires have been collected FAW Group employees. Hypotheses were tested to determine the different variables on FAW Group employees. The finding revealed that there was a significant relationship of all the variables with employee's performance, which indicate the employee's performance is affected such different variables such as organisational culture, employee engagement, job satisfaction and employee motivation. Findings of this study were limited by the number of respondents, area and location the study had covered. and the absence of other methods to obtain results other than secondary research and questionnaire. This study is important to the managers to understand the importance of employee performance.
