Summary: This study determine the effect of attitude, herd behaviour, investment performance and awareness towards Ponzi Scheme investment on perceived behaviour of young adults in Klang Valley, Malaysia. This was to address the issue young adults still invest in Ponzi scheme, although this scheme is a frank and very risky. Since the data is primary in nature, the qualitative approach was used in this research. Besides, four test are used such as descriptive analysis, reliability test, regression test and correlation test. The data are ran by SPSS software. Hence, based on the result, attitude and herd behaviour affect the investment on Ponzi scheme on perceived behaviour of young adults.
