Summary: Dark Web was always the hidden breeding ground for criminals like black-hat hackers that committed cybercrimes, and it has significant growth over the year especially recent time when the internet became more accessible. This will be problematic when the Dark web is associated with cybercrime such as selling leaked databases and both known and unknown exploits which can cause massive damage to both huge financial losses and great non-monetary impacts to the organisation or nation-state. Thus, leading to the need of a tool to collect such cybersecurity intelligence which will be crucial for the cybersecurity defenders. Thus, this project will be utilising the Tor network together with the web crawling technologies on Microsoft Windows Platform with the usage of both Python and Java language to achieve the intelligence collection on the selected Dark Web pages that are related to the cybercrimes to search for the related results based on the keyword defined. It will be aimed to solve the issue of lacking visibility and the existence of huge gap on the Dark Web. Research will also be conducted in both theoretical basis and experimental basis that to study such issues, solution and the possible outcome of this issues.
