Despite the construction industry is boosting in Abu Dhabi but still many construction companies abandoned their project, as company still faces challenge but unable to estimate it. The researcher used the project management elements (quality, cost, planning & scheduling, scope, communication and stakeholders) to conduct the study and to identify whether these elements have positively affected the success of construction project. Furthermore, researcher has also used regression analysis to study the relationships between dependent variables and independent variables. The results gathered from the findings showed that there is relationship between quality, cost, planning & scheduling, scope, communication and stakeholders (independents-variables) and project success (dependent-variables). Additionally, all the hypothesis strong relationship between each other. Moreover, researcher also suggested the future researcher include other variables such as aspects of project success element such as procurement management, risk management, human resource management and integration management. The researcher is highly recommending to go depth in variables details and increase the question for each variables.
