Therefore, the combination of Agile and software quality management is an inevitable result. However, the greatest characteristic of agile is speed, but this does not guarantee software quality(Stoica,2013). So quality and speed could conflict in software development. Therefore, how to improve the quality and efficiency of software with the combination of software quality management and agile is the main purpose of this report.
