Online payment is one of the most popular method to pay for shopping and the recent new technology allows smartphone users to even perform transactions including in-store payment or online store payment through application which is commonly known as E-wallets (electronic wallet). Although e-wallets has many benefits, the adoption rate of this technological innovation is still in an infant stage in Malaysia. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study the factors that influences the adoption of e-wallets in Klang Valley, Malaysia.
