Summary: This is a study to indicate the importance of organisational justice towards workers who are working at Small and Medium Enterprises in Klang Valley, Malaysia. This study provides facts regarding three independent variables that have an impact towards the dependent variable; small and medium enterprises’ employee on voluntary turnover is the dependent variable of this study, while the independent variables that were stated in this study include distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The questionnaire of these variables was made, distributed, collected, analysed, and stated accordingly in this study for the justification of the correlation of variables as well as the hypothesis.
