The main objective of this study is to examine the factors in terms of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence on the intention to adopt mobile money transfer among M-Pesa customers in Kenya. Questionnaires were used as the data collecting method. The sample size compromised of 120 customers at M-Pesa participated in this study. In order to analyze the responses gathered through the questionnaire, the statistical tool named SPSS was used. For purposes of data analysis and hypotheses testing several statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were utilized to understand the dimensionality of the variables. The determined findings declare that the factors which affect the intention to adopt mobile money transfer tow of independent variable are (effort expectancy and social influence ) positively and significantly impacted where the third independent variable was (performance expectancy), a negatively significant relationship between on intention to adopt mobile money transfer.
