The literature of employee performance involves numerous amount of studies that attempted to determines by what factors it can be influenced and to which extend. Nevertheless, result of these studies are still being questionable. Thereby, this research paper will try to improve study via the examination relationship among workload, role conflict and role ambiguity on the employee performance in Malaysia, particular Klang Valley area. As a result, the findings were examined according to the gathered data from 141 academicians via online forms and hard copy survey. As per study, it was identified that employees performance has positive relationship with workload, role conflict and role ambiguity. ER -
