N2  - The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of internal auditor in Enterprise risk management (ERM) in Malaysia. This study will look into four independent variables which are level of involvement, presence of risk, relationship with management/audit committee and knowledge of risk management. The data of this study was collected through questionnaire created with Google Form and distributed through convenience sampling method. A total of 112 respondents participated in this survey. Hypotheses were tested using the results generated to determine the correlation between the variables and the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in Malaysia.
