N2  - Mentor Mentee system is proposed with intent of increasing the efficiency of mentoring process in Asia Pacific University. This system will handle the assignment of mentor, which is a crucial feature in effort to solve the problem of lecturer turnover and taking long break from work. This will ensure that the mentoring process will be continuous for mentees in Asia Pacific University. Moreover, this system will display the latest assigned mentor to mentees and the data should be synchronized in which mentee will be informed of new mentor if any changes has been made. The Mentor Mentee system helps to automate many other processes which will minimizes the human error like misreading of information. Computer-mediated communication such as messaging feature on Mentor Mentee system helps both parties to engage and connect in a continuous communication at a higher efficiency.
