The effect size of the factors ‘financial incentives’, ‘working conditions’, ‘micromanaged environment’, ‘job satisfaction’, and ‘technological advancement’ were investigated against turnover intentions. The in its entirety utilises the quantitative approach and surveys a total of 124 respondents without subjectivity to gender through digitally distributed online questionnaires. The amassed data was then tested using the SPSS software to test for validity, reliability, normality, frequency distributions, correlation and multiple regression existing between the independent variables and turnover intention. The findings follows through by answering the research questions and objectives devised in Chapter 1 in the best interest of the study. All the independent variables displayed great significance in the contribution of turnover intention except for ‘micromanaged environment’ which did not exert significance in explaining the cause of teacher turnover intention. Surprisingly, “it was found that ‘job satisfaction’ had very high correlations with” other independent variables in the study. The study concludes by providing theoretical and practical implications and recommendations to future literatures and managerial areas that needs attention. Conclusively, policy amendments are recommended to put the crisis of turnover intention under control. UR - https://cas.apiit.edu.my/cas/login?service=https://library.apu.edu.my/apres/ ER -
