Summary: The researcher conducted this study in order to find out the impact of HR related factors and the success of construction projects in Karachi, Pakistan. The main aim of the researcher was to know the impact of Human Resource competency, performance management, HR training and development and compensation practice on the project success of construction projects. Moreover, the researcher has used regression method of data analysis to find out the relationship which independent and dependent variables have with each other. The results indicated that there is a relationship among Human Resource competency, performance management, HR training and development and compensation practice and project success (dependent variable). It was found out that compensation practice had the highest impact on the success of construction projects in Karachi, Pakistan among all the variables.
