520 _aThe primary purpose of this research study is to identify the effects and causes of glass ceiling issues, pay gap and gender discrimination which are creating barriers for female employees in their career in telecommunication organizations in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This quantitative study will use survey methods for data collection. this study will be conducted on 200 women employees which is the sample size of this study calculated on the basis of 5000 population. Questionnaires will be provided to the respondents and the questions will be based on independent and dependent variables. The study includes discussion on how glass ceiling, pay gap and gender discrimination are affecting women's career growth, what are the cause of these issues and how these issues can be solved.
