520 _aA retirement plan is a must for every retiree as it not only supports and individual retirement. as well as the family. The retirement plan should include to assist children financially, unexpected circumstances such as economic collapse and the extended life expectancy etc. These factors raise the needs of funds for retirement life. Yet, the problem arises upon retirement is when the support given by either the government or private sectors are both not sufficient for the pensioners to go through their retirement life. The fund should be enough to support the expenses over 15 years as assumed that they retire at the age of 60 years old. The main objective of this exploratory research is to evaluate determinants affect the retirement plan practices. The research is done based on the research philosophy of positivism and under research approach of deductive reasoning. Beside, this study implements quantitative approach with the use of survey questionnaires as the main instrument of data collection. In this study, Malaysian Millennials has been selected as sampling population. The sample frame of this sample is the employees or students who fall under the range between 18-35 years old. 100 useful responses were collected in this study. Data collected was analysed using descriptive analysis, frequency analysis and inferential statistics like Pearson correlation analysis and multi regression test. In this study various factors were found to have an influence on intention to make retirement planning investment among Malaysian Millennials. Overall, this study shed factors influencing Intention to make retirement planning investment among Malaysian Millennials. In addition, it also includes some recommendations that will help to enhance the intention to make retirement planning investment.
