The study examines the factors causing gender inequality in Yemen, the steps taken by IOs to promote gender equality and the ways to eliminate gender equality. For this qualitative research, open-ended questions were used for the interviews with the respondents. The results shown prove that gender inequality is a big challenge in Yemen and needs the international community and the government of Yemen to work together for success to prevail. This study concludes that gender inequality can be eliminated effectively after the war is stopped and when women begin to be involved more in peace talks and national dialogues. | ||
