520 _aIn this research, the main objective was to find the issues that the employees faced in textile industry in terms of job performance, employee engagement, job satisfaction and OCB. As the manufacturing work inside the textile industry has been unpleasant for the employees because the more noise and physical strain. In this situation the employees felt insecure and this has influenced the level of their feelings, and when workers have this kind of feeling then the level of productivity in the textile industry was affected. Beside that, the findings revealed that job performance and job satisfaction had significant relationship with organisational citizenship behaviour among employees. However, employee engagement did not have significant relationship with organisational citizenship behaviour. The finding have significantly contributed to the advancement of textile industry in OCB among employees in textile industry.
