Abstract: This research will attempt to get a better picture of the factors or determinants that are influencing the students in pursuing their higher education in private higher educational institutions, especially the students who have a more reasonable thinking towards their future and have intention to study in an institution where their futures will not be questionable. Upon completion of this study, a good understanding of the student's intentions as well as better understanding of the determinants and its influence on the intentions to pursue education will be known.
