Its high time people of Bangladesh should realize that if they don’t accept the progression in women’s career, not only them but the whole country will fall behind compare to other developing countries. This research is important because the whole nation is related with this topic and should fix their mistakes and change their mentalities. Social human beings should try to have or gain new knowledge on this topic.
