This research will give knowledge about the importance of career progress in women’s life in Bangladesh. They will understand the lacking and will try to cope up with those situations. The title of the research has made it significant itself, because it is one of the major issues in that specific country. Women whose are always been a sensitive topic around the whole world. Its high time people of Bangladesh should realize that if they don’t accept the progression in women’s career, not only them but the whole country will fall behind compare to other developing countries. This research is important because the whole nation is related with this topic and should fix their mistakes and change their mentalities. Social human beings should try to have or gain new knowledge on this topic. |
