Employees are considered the foundation of every organization and the most important and valuable asset, as they are the main factor in creating value and contribute in a major way in the positioning of the company in the market and for it to maintain a competitive place in each country. Therefore, performance of employees is of a great importance to the organization to understand and maintain in order to achieve the desired organizational goals.

Employee performance is considered to be a measure of the company’s ability to effectively accomplish organizational goals by evaluating employees at all levels of the organization. A well-defined process for evaluating employee performance is crucial for the smooth operation of the company, believes that assessing employee performance and considering how to increase employee’s efficiency and effectiveness which are considered to be the main challenges faced by a by an organization. Therefore, Companies must also consider the capabilities of their workers, so that they can manage and match them with the overall strategy of the organization.

The main objective of this research is to critically examine the impact of work environment, salary and organization culture on employee performance in Yemen Mobile Company in Sana’a Yemen. The research is conducted using quantitative method in which data is collected from respondents via online distribution of a structured questionnaire. The approach used in this research is deductive approach in which the data gathered from the survey is used to deductively examine the existence of the relationship between work environment, salary, organization culture and employee performance. The data gathered was analysed using SPSS software and multiple test was conducted such as Pearson Correlation Coefficient test and Multiple regression analysis, in which the findings proved that there is a significant relationship between work environment, salary, organization culture and employee performance.
