Summary: Abstract: The main objective of this study is to know and study the relationship between change leadership, change motivation and communicant, and the employee performance in the service sector in Klang Valley. There are 125 sets of questionnaires was prepares and distributed to targeted the respondents who are working in the service sector in Klang Valley. After that. the SPSS software was used to examined the obtained data which are already collected and then generated the final result. From this result it shows that there are significant relationship between employee performance with other two independent variables (change motivation and communication). Moreover, there will be discussion about the major findings, limitations for this study implications and recommendations of this study.
