Tested to determine the performance of employees as well as the screened amount of quality of academicians in Malaysia and variables influencing their performance enhancement. Hence, a study carried out in private universities in Malaysia, with sample size 101 respondents. Determined that the performance matches the level of frequency. Furthermore, discover three independent factors (on-job-training, job enrichment, job rotation) which influence to increase the level of employee performance. Therefore, all three independent variables show significant correlation with dependent variables performance. Additionally, job enrichment was the main factor and have positive, significant influence to increase academicians' performance in Malaysian Education Industry.other two independent variables also demonstrate significant correlation with dependent variables performance.
