Respondents of this study are the employees of public healthcare sector of Hyderabad, Pakistan. Data was collected through distribution of self-administered questionnaire. The convenient sampling technique is used and the number of respondents were 130. The cross-sectional data is analysed through IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24. Data is explained through descriptive statistics like frequency tables of demographics. In this study, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression are used as a part of inferential statistics. The data analysed in this study shows that procedural justice, distributive justice and interactional justice have influence on employee engagement. Recommendations of this study is that organizational justice must be considered crucially in any organization to increase employee engagement.
