It is important and effects the performance and productivity of employees in an organisation.The objective of the research is to calculate the relation of Mindfulness towards Job stress,Well Being and Work engagement among employees in Kuala lumpur,Malaysia.This study has implemented quantitative research and the datas have been collected using questionnaire. The analysis was conducted by using primary set of data.
