Summary: The objective of this paper was to identify the factors affecting the intention to switch to e-wallet in Malaysia. The data were collected from 239 respondents from all over Malaysia, which collected by using snowball sampling. SPSS statistic 20th version was used to analyse the data, the analysis consists of Pearson Correlation as well as Multiple Regression. The finding of the study found that all variables have positive impact towards the Consumer’s intention to switch from the traditional payment to using e-wallet in Malaysia.
