Hence, a study carried out in private universities in Malaysia, with sample size 101 respondents. Determined that the performance matches the level of frequency. Furthermore, discover three independent factors (on-job-training, job enrichment, job rotation) which influence to increase the level of employee performance. Therefore, all three independent variables show significant correlation with dependent variables performance.
